2) Consultations: We study all those consultations, which are about Tax and Accounting issues, answering them verbally or written, according to the case.
3) Planning: The foreknowledge of the tax and accounting needs of the company and the establishment of an appropriate tax and accounting policy will allow us, the most advantageous application of the law, within the legal framework.
4) Administration: We will cooperate filing the tax returns of the company: income tax, VAT and information returns to the tax authorities. As well we will collaborate with other taxes on your request, informing you about the aspects which should be reviewed or require any decision, in order to give you most appropriate tax treatment.
5) Consulting the administration: We will collaborate in the preparation and presentation of those queries or authorizations which are to be filed to the tax and accounting authorities.
6) Tax inspections: We advise employees who are responsible for the inspection, reviewing their acting, providing arguments and advising about acceptance or disagreement with the proposals of the inspection.

2) Consultations: We study all those consultations, which are about labor matters, answering them verbally or written, according to the case.
3) Work planning: The foreknowledge of labor needs of the company and establishing an appropriate personnel and labor policy will allow the most advantageous application of the legislation, within the legal framework.
4) Administration: We advise on employment contracts: different contract types, bonuses for recruitment and on Social Security benefits. We draw up employment contracts, their renewal or extension, prepare payslips, and formalize medical leaves by accident, common or occupational disease. We help to edit communications of registration or withdrawal in social security. Basing us on data and instructions of your company we prepare listing bulletins, annual reports and declarations of income tax deductions as well as withholding tax certificates for workers. We offer support in drafting of written warnings and sanction letters. We inform about those aspects which need to be discussed, or require any decision, in order to give you the most appropriate labor treatment.

Our audit activity consists in examination, by using appropriate techniques, of the economic and financial information obtained from the accounting documents. The purpose is to edit a report to form a view on whether the information presented in the financial report reflects the financial position of the organisation, as well as the results of its cash flows, in accordance with the applicable financial information regulatory framework and, in particular, with the accounting principles and criteria contained therein.
Submitting your company′s annual accounts to an external audit, whether legally or voluntarily, means to obtain a qualified opinion of the reliability of the financial information and verification by a third party of a well done business management.
A mandatory audit must be done, if the company, in two successive years, exceeds two of the following three limits:
Total assets: 2,850,000 €.
Business Turnover: 5,700,000 €.
Average Payroll: 50 persons.
In particular cases there is also a mandatory audit requiered: for companies which receive subsidies or work for public entities, etc ...
Our work is divided into three phases:
-Planning: we analyze the internal control and the risks of our client.
-Execution: we do substantive and compliance tests according to the risk approach.
-Final Phase: we release the corresponding auditor´s Report.
